Just a little background

I believe that it is important to express one's self in a productive and creative way that helps others. Ever since Cinch Home Services denied my claim and did not hold up their end of our agreement I wanted to make this right. And when I learned others have been betrayed by Cinch in the same fashion then I wanted to start this blog to help others.
